Common questions

How do I add a receipt?+

Open the dashboard, tap the camera/upload button, and add a photo or PDF. Booklet extracts the vendor, date, total, and suggested Schedule C category automatically.

How do I export for taxes?+

Go to the Schedule C view and choose Export. You'll get a CSV grouped by category that drops into TurboTax or hands cleanly to a CPA.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?+

Open Dashboard → Billing to update your payment method or cancel. You keep access through the end of the current billing period.

Is my data private?+

Your receipts and account data are encrypted at rest, never sold, and never used to train public models. You can delete everything from Settings at any time.

I was charged but something looks wrong.+

Email us with the date and amount and we'll sort it out. Charges from Booklet appear as “BOOKLET*” on your statement.
